Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund scope, request process, and repayment procedure for VPNName subscriptions. Submit requests through a ticket in your account; no separate email address is required.

Request Window and Refund Scope

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. The window starts at the time of your first successful payment shown in your account. We verify requests using the ticket submission time. You do not need to provide proof of connection issues or complete troubleshooting before making a request.

This commitment applies to the first payment. It does not mean that renewals, upgrades, or later orders receive a new refund window. If an order was charged more than once, or payment succeeded but the associated benefits were not credited, submit the relevant records for a separate review. Please report the issue even if the standard request window has passed.

Refund requests for monthly subscriptions and data packages are reviewed through tickets. “Use until depleted, no expiration” describes the validity of a data package; it does not mean the refund window remains open indefinitely. Monthly data resets each month from the activation date, but each reset does not create a new refund window.

Eligibility and Verification

First-payment requests made within the window above qualify for a full refund without needing to provide a reason. You may request one if the experience did not meet expectations, your device usage habits have changed, or you no longer need the service. Describing your use case can help improve the service, but it is not required to make a request.

This policy does not set a data-usage percentage or usage-based deduction threshold. A qualifying request will not be changed to a partial refund solely because you connected to a route, imported a subscription, or used data normally. If an issue occurs after exceeding a plan allowance, the benefits and usage records should be reviewed; that alone does not establish a violation.

A completed refund cannot be requested again. If a request cannot be matched to a payment record, additional proof may be needed for verification to continue. For cases involving unauthorized use of a payment account, falsified payment proof, or other violations of the terms of service, the decision should explain the reason based on specific records; a vague “account violation” label alone is not a sufficient explanation.

How to Request a Refund

Sign in to your account, open the ticket center, describe your refund request, and include the relevant order details. We recommend providing the order number, payment time, amount, and method. If the order status in your account differs from your payment record, you may attach a screenshot showing the completed payment.

Keep only the details needed to verify the transaction in your proof; you may conceal other personal information. Do not submit your account password, payment password, wallet recovery phrase, private key, or full subscription link in a ticket. If you cannot sign in, use the sign-in page to check your username and password. Do not share sensitive account details in a ticket belonging to another account.

After submitting your request, check for replies and provide any additional information in the same ticket to avoid splitting the record across multiple requests. The verification result should identify the relevant order, refund amount, and repayment route. If the request cannot be processed as submitted, the specific reason should be provided. Paid benefits associated with a refunded order will be withdrawn accordingly.

Refund Route and Processing Status

Refunds are generally sent through the original transaction route. Submission, order verification, refund dispatch, and receipt of funds are separate stages; a reply in your ticket does not mean the funds have arrived. Progress depends on transaction verification and payment provider processing. This policy does not guarantee a fixed time for funds to arrive.

If the original payment route cannot receive the refund, explain the reason in your ticket and confirm how to proceed before taking any action. Do not switch to another recipient account without approval. If the funds have been sent but have not arrived, add the latest inquiry results to the original ticket and request a status check. You do not need to make another payment or pay an additional fee to advance the refund.

Payment Methods and Disputes

The service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refunds for Alipay and WeChat Pay are handled against the original payment transaction where possible. Check both the original payment record and the provider’s refund status. If the provider’s status differs from the account status, follow up using verifiable transaction records.

USDT refunds require verification of the network and recipient address, so the Alipay or WeChat Pay refund process does not apply. Use the original ticket to confirm the applicable network, an address that can receive the funds, and the handling procedure. If network fees may apply, explain and confirm them before proceeding; no fixed fee or arrival time is promised in advance.

If you disagree with the verification result, add the order proof and specific points of dispute to the original ticket and request a review. Other account and service rules are available in the Terms of Service; information about data handling is in the Privacy Policy. Updates to this page should not retroactively reduce refund commitments clearly communicated to users at the time of payment.
